They were very nice and at one store they just gave me a "store coupon" for the amount of the purchase because it was less than what I said was on the card!! I told them that meant the card still had the same amount! They weren't concerned and I got to use it again. to my account! The manager couldn't figure out how to use it either. I went to the manned checkout and the clerk entered the numbers and added $600+K. The Albertsons store was a different experience. I was able to use it at Tom Thumb (another Albertsons store) at the self check but Fetch says you have to print it out on paper.

On the other hand, my Albertsons Fgc was a real problem. Some clerks are not familiar with the process but the manager has always come by to show them how it works. I have used them on my phone and by printing it off and using the paper. I have not had a problem with using Fetch gcs at Kroger.
